    I haven’t read many spooky books, but I’ve read a few zombie books that had a couple of oh no moments. Thicker Than Blood, the Contagium series, Feed lots of good ones.

    • I’ve been devouring more romance novels than anything else these days, so I’m right there with you Victoria. I do have the Shining and Doctor Sleep on my Kindle, so I might read those.

    I love Pet Semetary by Stephen King. It always reminds me of the scary stories we used to tell as kids. That story scared me when I first read it and it still does now. Thanks for the chance.

    Desperation by Stephen King always gets me

  32. Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein – I did not read this book until I was in my 30s and I was quite surprised how suspenseful it is and also how chilling Frankenstein’s creation was in his regard for human life.
