    I like a mixture of those elements and often search for books that seem like they’ll be well balanced.

  13. There’s too much drama in real life, and a sufficient amount of ‘steamy’ right now that I don’t look for it in books. Reading so-called chick lit is an escape for me and I prefer my books smart-assed and funny.
