I don’t know how you feel about all this snow, but I live in North Carolina. So when we hear about the slightest chance of a couple of inches of the white stuff, my boys and I start thinking about… drum rolls please! Snow Cream! Now mastering the recipe can be a bit tricky.
My grandmother taught me how to buy the basics. But grandmoms tend to know secrets we can’t possibly begin to imitate. So as I head out to work today, I’m going to set out my snow pan and hope to catch enough flakes to make a decent bowl of snow cream. This could very well be my last chance! LoL
