I used to run just around my block every night, but then I stopped and I don’t know how to start again. I am awful at it mostly because I’m a poor runner and I’m very short, haha! I think I’m going to try to start it up again, though.

When I was younger, I would take my dog for a run. He always kept me running a good 20 feet past my short burst. I loved how I felt after. I am so out of shape now but this is very inspiring. I would love to get back to feeling as good as I did back then. I had no pains or problems, I just felt a live and was healthy. So healthy! Keep it up!
