This weekend wasn’t as productive as I’d hoped. I spent a lot of time trying to get past writer’s block. For those of you who are patiently awaiting my next book releases then you should know it’s your love for my work that’s helping me work through these issues. Needless to say, I didn’t do much else outside of stressing over what character will use his/her/its power to beat the heck out of the other one. Don’t ask. It’s complicated. LOL
However, I did discover how much I Love love love digital scrapbooking. As I’m working toward beginning my scrapbooking series, I’m considering all aspects of the craft including both physical and digital forms. I won’t lie, the process of putting together an artsy jounal intimidates me. However, I’ve wanted to get into scrapbooking ever since my oldest son was born. I’m a bit behind. Forgive me.
Recently, I discovered the lovely ladies of the A Beautiful Mess lifestyle blog and fell in love with their Scrapbook Sunday archives. These posts are chock full of tips for the beginner and seasoned scrapbooker. Can I get a Yay! 😀
I’ve decided to begin by sharing my digital scrapbooking experiences here with all of you as I complete these mini albums. I’m especially fond of posting my newly found obsession on Instagram. So, if you haven’t already done so then click on the follow button in the sidebar to your left. I promise we’ll have tons of fun over there.
As we head out to battle a new week of snow, sun, fun and whatever else you’d like to insert after the dot dot dot then I’d like to leave an inspirational tidbit to help us get through the day.
Thank you all for supporting this blog and really digging the message I’m trying to convey. January and February were spectacular months and no matter how many times the writer’s block gremlin tries to take me out of the game, I always find myself rebounding. Why? Because you all inspire me to do so! Much love! 😀
