I am super excited to be teaming up once again with Becky and Amanda over at The Mommy Island and The Kids Did It to bring you yet another super exciting giveaway filled with fabulously fun prizes. I could not wait for this beach giveaway to get started. I LOVE going to the beach even if the trip only lasts for a day. Need some great bathing suit ideas, then head over to this Crush Craves article.
First, we have some pretty fabulous beach images we’re showcasing throughout the article (cuz LiWBF exists to keep you inspired :D). And then, we have some super cool prizes associated with this giveaway. I’ve had so many folks write to me and ask about the books I’ve written. The Musical Interlude Series, a Contemporary Romantic Suspense Story set in Italy, became my first Internationally best-selling series. Hundreds of dedicated readers helped me spread the word and it was exciting to watch the magic happen. Good romance always makes a great beach read, right? It certainly does for me.
Which lead up to some books I’ll be taking along with me to the beach this summer. Now, I’m an eclectic reader which means there’s a mixture of both fiction and non-fiction in this group. Fearless and Fabulous, On the Island (will be my third time reading), Memoirs of A Geisha (2nd time around) and the Color Purple (2nd time around). I’ve collected tons of ebooks throughout the years. However, I’m truly looking forward to reading the second installment of Deborah Harkness’s literary Gothic Romance series called Shadow of Night. The first book A Discovery of Witches was a really big book, but also a ton of fun to read. Along with the Musical Interlude package, you’ll also get to choose an ebook of your choice up to $5.99 in value.
Finally, what would beach life be without a visit to Macy’s or Kohls in order to find the perfect suit? So you’ve already purchased your bathing suits? No worries. You can use the $20.00 gift card to buy other beachy things such as towels, sunscreen, umbrellas, beach hats (so sexy with the high-waist suits)… the list is endless. Also, don’t forget to sign up for the LiWBF Fab Five, our bi-weekly newsletter that contains fashion tips, crafty projects, blogging tips, travel goodies, news on my upcoming books, new subscription box service and so much more.
On to the prizes: A $40.00 value beach package to help you get started on/motivated for your beach trip!
1) The complete Musical Interlude collection by KaSonndra Leigh… aka your bloggerly host (a $15 value)
2) Your Choice of one Beach-theme ebook (up to $5.99)
3) E-Gift Card from Macy’s OR Kohls $20.00 (No cash substitutions will be given)
**Winner will be announced in the 1st June newsletter**
What a bunch of amazing prizes! I had no idea that you wrote novels. So cool! Have a terrific week KaSonndra!

I don’t know what would be classified as a “beachy book” and where I live there isn’t many good beaches to go to; lakes to fish at sure beaches not so much. I can always reread Pride & Prejudice though and am now starting to read retellings and variations of it which have been pretty great as well.
Hi Amanda… A beachy book would be considered anything that feels good to read. Honestly that could be anything, anywhere and at anytime. I’ve yet to reread Pride and Prejudice yet. However considering the last time in read it was during my college days then I’d say it’s long overdue. LoL Thanks for stopping by and good luck in the contest.
All the best
Kay
If that’s the case then every fiction book I read is a beach book because I refuse to read anything that’s going to leave me sad in the end or bring me to tears. Also you have to reread P&P soon. You won’t regret it.
