For the Bugs & Hisses prize package, we’re going back to our roots. This hop’s giveaway features a reader-related prize. Since you all loved the self-help and healing ebooks giveaway we had a few months back then I’m doing something similar for this one. I’ve picked two ebooks to showcase. These two ebooks feature techniques and ways to help us de-stress in our world of crazy fast technology. I have read these books. Correction. I devoured the words, and I promise you will enjoy reading these tips as well.
Mystikaly‘s concept centers around providing a sensory experience that helps to elevate your mind to a level of peace and calmness that benefits both your muse and your productivity. Whether you’re a yogi or a student, a mom or a CEO the key to developing successful technique and productivity in your daily activities lies in the ability to reach a level of calmness that will allow you to focus and excel in your profession. Meditation touches on the seven centers of our bodies, providing a balanced and enlightened state of being that gives us an ability to clearly see ourselves. No time or patience for meditating? No worries.
The two books listed below demonstrates ways to tap into your inner creative self. The author’s talk in simple English and there’s no preachy tone to them at all. Click on the images to learn more about each book.
Our lucky winner of this hop’s prize will be able to pick whichever book they choose. That’s right! We’re giving away a $10 Amazon Gift Card. And this contest is open internationally!

I loved the book ” The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon” by Stephen King. I really love it,
I took a class in grad school called Transformations and Consciousness, and it was the most enlightening class I had throughout my entire education. One of the books that really stands out to me (so much that I gifted it to people) is Bare Bones Mediation by Joan Tollifson. The book really changed my world view.
Now you’ve made me want to download this book. Thank you so much for sharing. Good luck in the contest dear.
A Painted House by John Grisham.
To Kill a Mockingbird is a book that touched me.
Eckhart Tolle’s A New Earth helped me put many things into perspective
I would say that the most influential and inspiring book that I have ever read would be The Bible.
