A Fashion Story Holiday Graffiti Girl Adventure Gift Guide
One the things I love most about this time of year is the fashion. Big surprise there, right? I mean, yes, I do enjoy the gifting and decorating as well, but the colors of the holiday palette along with the glitzy, shiny things associated with the season makes for some pretty fun dressing. We get to do the things we can’t pull off during other times of the year.
For this week’s edition of a Fashion Story, my crew and I took to the Streets… And yes, this is actually the name of a mall here in North Carolina. The full name is the Streets At Southpoint.
This holiday, I wanted to mix things up a bit. I didn’t wanna go full traditional glitz with the holiday sweater I’m wearing. And if you’ve followed my blog for a while then you know I’m all for being the poster child of rock your personal style.
The entire concept behind Live Well Be Fabulous means being an enigma by becoming your own person. Don’t follow the trends or become a copycat of someone else. Instead, become the trendsetter and watch how the people of the world learn to respect you for doing so.

This outfit takes a super duperly fun pair of graffiti style jeans by Canyon River Blues, a steal I found last fall while shopping for a Halloween outfit (ironic, right?) and pairs it with a gorgeous cashmere mix holiday sweater by Jennifer Lopez. The ankle boots by Rocketdog bookend the look, while the leg warmers brings a bit of softness to the bottom half of the outfit. The result? A cozy, but stylish holiday ensemble that works for all ages.
With this outfit, I’m geared up for either a holiday party or a shopping trip. And guess what? I wore it to both and people loved my outfit.
Ugly Christmas sweaters had taken over this holiday, probably more so than ever before. Do you have a sweater lover on your list of folks to wow this year? Thanks so much Gemma! I truly appreciate your support.
There is a mall about 10 minutes from me and I was there today in fact called ‘The Streets of Brentwood’ too. I love it there even though it’s not that big. I so agree that it doesn’t have to be glitz and glam for the holidays. I like to dress comfy for some parties as well. You look amazing.
