Happy Sunday of Summer month everyone!
It has been a long time since I last posted a Survival Checklist. There has been so much going on behind the scenes. Life here at LiWBF has revolved around three major aspects of LiWBF… the full transformation to blogazine, Mystikaly Box’s launch, and KaSonndraLeighBooks.
While there have been some leaps ahead in a few areas and major setbacks in others, the world of LiveWellBeFabulous still rolls on. I’d like to thank a core group of people for their support, feedback, SEO ability and general awesomeness throughout the last year. Without them, I’m not sure where the blog would be today. Behind every fabulous blog stands a great team.
On that note, I’ll end this little introductory blurb with a motivational quote I read in one of the hundreds of self-help books I’ve devoured this year.
Here we go!
1. Reading – Blog posts of my friends and that includes Instagram, a platform that has become somewhat of a mini-blogging ground. I’m still working on editing a few novels, but since I’ve returned to writing, I don’t have as much time for reading.
2. Writing – A ton of advice and stories for the blogs. Seriously though. I’ll be releasing a lot of articles over the next week. It’s catch up time and you, dear readers, have been hungry for fresh meat for a while now. Guess what? Your meals aka new posts are ready.
3. LOVING – Being a sponsor for World Vision. There’s something incredibly gratifying about knowing that you’re helping a child in another country attend school and get proper medical care. If you’ve never done anything like this before then you should most definitely take a moment to check them out. We need more organizations that have this type of mission.
4. Wearing – I’m mural hunting today so I’m aiming for both comfort, style, and a pattern that blends in well without overwhelming the photo. Can we say a fab Free People top and leggings, anyone?
5. Enjoying – Writing and preparing to record online meditations for Mystikaly’s audience. Yeah, I know. Getting the site launched and the box out there has taken FOREVER! Each day we make a bit more progress and hope to be launched in time for the holidays! Exciting, right?
6. Recovering from – The task of wearing too many hats at one time. This is about the time of year when I take time to reflect on wins and misses. Time management is the key.
7. Watching – Nothing at the moment. My super busy schedule keeps me away from the telly most times. However, I did recently enjoy a Power catch up binge. Did I say that Omari is my future hubby?
8. Eating – I’m not gonna lie. I’ve binged on some pretty yummy yet not so good for you things these past few weeks. I told myself it was because I’m getting ready to start training to run another half marathon but I know better. On a different note, I found some pretty good healthy recipes that I can’t wait to share with you.
9. Mad about – Mindless murders and hate crimes of ANY type. There’s no reason or justification for being this way. This blurb never changes.
10. Crushing on – This gorgeous dress from Anthropologie called the Guinevere maxi of course! These super cute tank tops from the Sonoma Lifestyle line at Kohls. I bought them for a steal and got both tops for less than $22. Love!
That’s it for this month’s life survival updates. I can’t wait to share September’s life journey
Glad you’re back to writing and that the wheels are still spinning.
